Property information

The Malvarrosa Beach apartment is located on the fourth floor of a modern building with elevator and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Do not forget, the beach is not far at all from this apartment. A short 5 minute walk (200 m.) will have you on the Malvarrosa beach enjoying the sunshine and the Mediterranean Sea… It is distributed on the one floor with a modern and unique design. Equipped with all the comforts, it shows top quality details and offers its guests a truly cozy atmosphere. As soon as you enter, to your left you will find a fully equipped open plan kitchen to make all of your favourite dishes. Then, you have the spacious living room with a double sofa bed (for the third and fourth guests). Leading from the living room is the tastefully decorated master bedroom, equipped with a double bed. The apartment's full bathroom with shower is right next door. The Malvarrosa Beach apartment has hot air heating for cooler winter months and air conditioning and shuttered windows for the hot summers. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking facilities within 450 meters.

A bright, modern and very well decorated apartment, to ensure your stay in Valencia is comfortable and pleasant. This cosy apartment is the ideal starting point to enjoy the wonderful beaches of Valencia, its historic centre and its many cultural activities. Apartment located very near Valencia’s beach and the harbour where the 32nd America’s Cup 2007 took place. This cosy and modern apartment is located 5 minutes walking from La Malvarosa, Valencia’s own beach! It is situated right in the heart of the old fisherman’s neighbourhood and is typically Spanish in flavour. In the same street you can find everything; supermarkets, fruit and vegetable shops, bakeries, and all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants like in neighbourhoods of days gone by. The Malvarrosa Beach apartment is well connected to all areas as there are trams and metro at a few minutes walk; buses and taxis at your doorstep will take you easily to either the port where Valencia hosted the famous international regatta the America’s Cup or the historical centre of town or the incredible City of Arts and Sciences.
